• Raspberry Leaf*
• Green Rooibos*
• Dandelion Leaf*
• Nettle Leaf*
• Catnip*
• Lemon Peel*
• Ginger Root*

How to use: 

Steep 1 tablespoon of the dry tea mix in 1 cup of boiling water for 20 – 30 minutes.  Strain, then sweeten if desired.  May be served hot or cold.
