⅓ c pancake mix
1 egg
3 tbsp butter
⅓ c milk
Instructions:
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat
In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg, melted butter, and milk. Stir until smooth.
Add any desired mix-ins like chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, and cinnamon chips.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet or griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
